FAQ
Straight answers about the trial, the prices, and what InvoicePay stores. Inquiries Text First Then Call: 801.319.1061 .
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. The 14-day trial opens with your name, email, and a password. A card is required only when you choose monthly or yearly billing.
- What does InvoicePay cost after the trial?
- InvoicePay is $4.99 a month or $49.99 a year. You pick either one. Both include unlimited open invoices plus email and SMS reminders. The yearly price is $9.89 less than twelve months at $4.99.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Cancel from Billing. The plan stays active through the end of the period you already paid. The trial itself has nothing to refund because it does not take a card.
- Do you store my customers’ card numbers?
- No. InvoicePay records the invoices and reminder messages you enter. When you subscribe, Stripe handles the checkout. InvoicePay does not store your customers’ card numbers.
- Who is this for?
- Service businesses that invoice after the work is done: contractors, landscapers, consultants, photographers, and similar shops. This site is InvoicePay, at invcpay.com.
- Can I switch between monthly and yearly later?
- Yes. Billing inside the app is where you move between $4.99 a month and $49.99 a year after the trial.
- How do the reminders actually go out?
- You write the message. InvoicePay queues it for the days you pick (the default is 3 days before due, on the due date, then 3, 7, and 14 days after). Email sends when you connect Resend or SMTP. SMS templates are included on the paid plan. A phone carrier is not connected in this version, so those texts are saved in your reminder log instead of delivered to a handset.
- Is there a limit on open invoices?
- The 14-day trial allows 40 open invoices (sent, partial, or overdue). Monthly and yearly plans remove that cap. Recording a payment, including a partial payment, updates the balance, and queued reminders stop once the invoice is paid.
